Hi!

I'm Lauren, a California native, outdoorswoman, and Product enthusiast in the tech space.

I followed my nose to the startup world, where I'm now in Product at Heirloom, a startup building no-code tools to secure our online identities. I particularly enjoy executing guerrilla growth initiatives, collaborating with engineering, and learning directly from users.

My passion for high-impact work drew me first to the legal field, where I spearheaded restorative justice initiatives and advocated for survivors of severe abuse. After finding myself constantly devising side projects to optimize workflows at law firms and government agencies, I developed an interest in software, UX, and internal process optimization.

From law firms to startups, I have a habit of asking big-picture questions and executing creative process improvements that empower my teams.

Outside of work, I surf, run rivers, and fix sailboats!
